Recently spent four years at Debordieu Colony in Georgetown as the Chef De Cuisine at the upscale Beach Club Restaurant.


Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America


Trained as a Fish chef, initially working in pubs and later on ships in the United States Coast Guard.
